Generates Water, uses Electricity.Energy buildings require land plots with a Resource spot to be constructed.
Amount of Electricity or Water produced by a building depends on several factors:
- Building’s Influence Points;
- Land Plot’s Resources Abundance;
- Appointed Citizens’ qualifications;
- Building's Condition;
- District's Perks;
- Bonuses for POIs.
The higher the Resource Abundance value of a land plot is (describes the distance from the Resources Spot), the more resources will be produced.
Citizen's Qualifications
These qualifications affect production results in Eneregy buildings the most:
- Primary qualification — Endurance
- Secondary — Agility
Other qualifications are also considered in a lesser extent.
The highest bonus for Citizen's Endurance qualifications is in a Modern House.

Building's Level defines the amount of days and hours required to finish the production cycle, as follows:
