Complex Materials
Complex Materials are produced from Basic Materials in Production buildings. They are required mainly for top level upgrades and Special buildings to be constructed.

Complex Materials are used to:
- Construct Custom Buildings
- Construct Points of Interest
- Upgrade Functional Buildings
- Construct Subway and Bus Stop
- Produce Compounds
- Produce Paper
- Produce Appliances
Top-Level Materials
Steel, Concrete and Plastic are required for high-level Functional Buildings upgrades (Level 6 "Huge" and Level 7 "Mega") and are produced on different chains:
- Steel is produced in Ethereum City
- Concrete is produced in TRON City
- Plastic is produced in BNB City
On the final stage ("Evolution III") Steel, Concrete and Plastic will become interoperable resources and will be required on different chains, that will facilitate cross-chain transfers.
